Walnut Canyon, Arizona

Walnut Canyon is about 10 miles east of Flagstaff. Many many years ago, this canyon was beachfront property. The lines on the rocks are from the water. People built their homes under the rock ledges. It was 240 steps down and 240 steps up.

Arizona Roadtrip

On our way to Flagstaff, we stopped at the Page Springs Cellars and participated in a wine tasting. From there we drove 89a thru Sedona to Flagstaff.
